Long Term Stay Program Guide
The Resident Golfer Program is the first program in Japan to combine on course living, in depth instruction and extensive course play. Students in this program will receive a comprehensive and holistic golf education through a proactive instructional curriculum unlike any ever presented in this country.
The teaching professionals fully realize the need for course play and have arranged for extensive access to the Phoenix CC and Tom Watson GC. Weekly Program Tournaments will be conducted with invitational events planned for throughout the year to ensure students gain experience under Tournament conditions.
Physical conditioning, mental skills and dietary information will be built into the personalized program. This will include stretching, strengthening and aerobic fitness activities. This physical program coupled with the high quality practice under the guidance of the International teaching professionals will result in golfers ready to compete at their best technically, physically, mentally and tactically.
The Key to Progress
- The program includes round lessons utilizing the Phoenix Country Club and TOM WATSON Golf Course facilities. Real course play is absolutely necessary for improving your golf game.
- Competitions will be arranged, and you will be asked to join.
- Throughout the year, weekly program tournaments will be arranged with participation by guest professional players to give you real tournament experience.
- Each student's program will contain instruction on physical and mental conditioning, like stretching exercises, aerobics, and muscle training. Each program aims to improve the student's mental and physical condition and technique, and is based on the knowledge and experience that our Teaching Pros have gained from years of participation in international golf.
- During your time in the program, you will stay at the condominium-style hotel Luxze Hitotsuba, a part of Phoenix Seagaia Resort. Only a 12-minute free shuttle bus ride from the academy, it is wonderfully situated with a view of the ocean and the golf course. Fully furnished, the Luxze Hitotsuba offers everything you need for a long and relaxing stay.
