Phoenix Golf Academy is a golf instruction facility adjacent to the Phoenix Country Club, the site of the Dunlop Phoenix Tournament, where many of the world's greatest golfers have competed so fiercely.
Just standing on the practice tee, surrounded by pine tree groves, is refreshing and enlivening, but the chance to walk the green cooled by the wind of this coastal paradise while taking advantage of professional-level instruction in one of the best facilities in Japan makes the PGA one of the top golf academies in the country.
If you really want to improve your game, you cannot ask for more.
Outdoor facilities include the following: a natural turf tee ground which can accommodate 40 players at the same time; a 350-yard fairway containing various target greens; and a short game area including places for putting, chipping, pitching and bunker shots.
The indoor teaching room is equipped with the latest in digital video technology and movement analysis software, enabling a detailed evaluation of each student's swing. Sports psychology is also used in training here.
Our instructors draw on years of international professional experience to teach a wide range of levels and ages.
Programs range from 30-minute private lessons to long stay plans that last an entire year.
We have a large selection of plans to choose from to meet your level and desired length of study.
During your time at the academy, you can stay at the Sheraton Grande Ocean Resort or the Sun Hotel Phoenix, both of which are part of the Phoenix Seagaia Resort, making transportation to and from the academy fast and convenient.
The rooms in both hotels are Ocean View rooms, offering a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean and the golf course for a relaxing stay and rewarding study.
