Phoenix Seagaia Resort announces plan for reserved use of the entire resort for ¥100 million!

Phoenix Resort K.K. (Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture, president and CEO: Yasuyuki Maruyama) has announced a plan for the reserved use of the major facilities of Phoenix Seagaia Resort, which the company operates, for two days and one night for ¥100 million, enabling multipurpose use.

Phoenix Seagaia Resort offers the ultimate in resort stays featuring an international hotel and convention facilities in a natural setting engulfed in a black pine forest of about 200 hectares with a length of 11 kilometers from north to south, as well as a diversity of activities that give life to its favored environment facing out over the Pacific Ocean. The onsen Shosenkyu and the Banyan Tree Spa, a pioneer Asian spa brand, were added in 2004, further evolving it into a charming healing-oriented resort.

In the ¥100 million reserved use plan, the major facilities of the Phoenix Seagaia Resort are provided as a 2-day 1-night exclusive reserved use package. Besides the Sheraton Grande Ocean Resort, which can provide lodging for a maximum of 1,762 guests, and the Summit Hotel, which can accommodate as many as 5,000 guests, the World Convention Center Summit with ten large and small conference rooms , certified by Guinness as the largest such indoor facility in the world, and other facilities that can be used for large-scale conferences, exhibitions, parties, events and so forth are totally reserved for exclusive use. In addition, the onsen Shosenkyu and Banyan Tree Spa, Tom Watson Course, Seagaia Tennis Club, bowling alley and various other activities are provided as well. Furthermore, a diversity of other facilities besides the hotels and convention facilities imbued with an overwhelming resort-like atmosphere can also be used for unique parties. This offer also includes free shuttle bus service between the resort and the Miyazaki Airport and train station, loan of stretch limousines, original room keys with company logos, etc., installation of banners and other special benefits, allowing use of a more versatile resort.
