Reservations
For reservation requests within 3 days of the desired date of stay, please reserve by phone.Reservation Confirmation
E-mail confirming your reservation will be sent within one day of request. This e-mail will contain the guest's reservation number. At this point, the reservation is complete. In some cases, the hotel will telephone the guest as the day of stay approaches.
Please understand that, as a result of a lack of available rooms, there will be cases when customer requests cannot be accommodated.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees will be applied for all cancellations on or later than the day previous to the day of stay.
Please understand that cancellations on the day previous to the day of stay incur a fee equal to 50% of the room charge, and cancellations on the day of stay incur a fee equal to 100% of the room charge.
